If you have lost any items in the airport terminal or within the cabin, please contact the Passenger Lost and Found Inquiry Office located to the left of Gate 8 in the Terminal 2 Arrival Hall.

Kind Reminder: Items confirmed lost by the owner can be stored free of charge at the airport for 30 days from the date of confirmation via call. If items are not claimed within these 30 days, they will be handed over to the relevant authorities for processing.

In accordance with customs regulations: For duty-free items lost by passengers, once found by staff, they will be handed over to Airport Duty-Free Stores for safekeeping. The owner, once they have confirmed the lost items with the duty-free shop, can choose one of two ways for reclaiming their property: temporary storage or shipment. Temporary storage means that the passenger can collect the items with their ID after leaving the island again, while shipment means the items will be sent through courier services directly to the individual.
