For domestic departures, check-in counters open 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the first flight in each area and cease check-in procedures 45 minutes before takeoff. To ensure a smooth boarding process, we recommend that you arrive at the terminal 2 hours before your flight’s departure (If you’ve already checked in online, please bring your confirmation and valid ID to the airport check-in counter to retrieve or reprint your official boarding pass at least 90 minutes before flight departure, as check-in procedures will stop 45 minutes before takeoff. Note that some airlines may have different timelines, so please pay attention to your ticket’s instructions).
Generally, checked luggage should be well-packaged, with secure locks and sturdy straps, able to withstand certain pressures and handle loading and transportation under normal operating conditions. Passengers can decide whether to wrap their luggage based on its condition; we offer a paid packaging service for your convenience.
Please keep your passport, visa, travel documents, cash, and other valuables with you at all times.
Group travelers, consisting of 10 or more individuals traveling together, can check in at the designated group counter.
The collection point for any duty-free items you have purchased is located within the isolated area. Please do not place your duty-free pick-up receipts in your checked luggage.
Passengers with electronic tickets and no checked baggage can proceed to the self check-in areas in the departure hall to complete the check-in process.
