Information desks are located in departure halls and waiting areas in both domestic and international terminals, providing passengers with services including but not limited to flight information consultation, guidance for check-in procedures, and announcements for flight delays and disruptions.

Service Hours:

Information Desk for Domestic Flights: From 2 hours and 10 minutes before the departure of the first domestic outbound flight until the conclusion of all domestic outbound flights for the day, excluding those operated by China Southern Airlines and Chongqing Airlines. 

Information Desk for International Flights: From 2 hours and 30 minutes before the departure of the first international flight until the conclusion of all international flights for the day, excluding those operated by China Southern Airlines and Chongqing Airlines.
