Counter Inquiry:

Information counters are available in both domestic and international terminals, located in T1, T2, and International Departure Hall. They provide flight information, check-in guidance, irregular flight announcements, and other passenger services.

Counter Opening Hours:

Domestic Information Counter: 2 hours and 10 minutes before the first domestic departure flight until the completion of domestic departure boarding (excluding China Southern Airlines and Chongqing Airlines).

International Information Counter: 3 hours before international departure flights until the completion of international departure boarding (excluding China Southern Airlines and Chongqing Airlines).
