Counter Opening Hours:
Domestic Flights Counter:2 hours and 10 minutes before the first domestic departure flight until the completion of domestic departure boarding (excluding China Southern Airlines and Chongqing Airlines).
International Flights Counter:3 hours before international departure flights until the completion of international departure boarding (excluding China Southern Airlines and Chongqing Airlines).
Kind Reminders:
1.The service scope of special passenger counters and reservation hotlines does not include flights operated by China Southern Airlines and Chongqing Airlines. For these airlines, please contact their customer service in advance.
2.Special passenger services must be requested from the airline at the time of ticket purchase and approved by the airline.
3.Special passenger service counters are open according to the flight schedules of airlines represented by Sanya Phoenix International Airport (excluding China Southern Airlines and Chongqing Airlines).
