Special Passengers
Service Guide

Scope of Special Assistance Passengers:

Wheelchair users, unaccompanied minors, elderly passengers, stretcher passengers, and passengers with hearing, visual, speech, physical or mental disabilities.

Special Assistance Service Counters:

The Terminal 1 Special Assistance Service Counter is located near the V1 security checkpoint; the Terminal 2 Special Assistance Service Counter is near the D1 check-in counter.

Inquiries and Reservations Contact:

Dial 0898-9612333 and press extension 6.

Counter Operating Hours:

Domestic Flights Counter: Open from 2 hours and 10 minutes before the departure of the first domestic outbound flight until the last outbound flight departs.

International Flights Counter: Open from 2 hours and 30 minutes before the departure of the first international flight until the last international flight departs.

Kind Reminder:

1. The scope of services provided by the Special Assistance Service Counter and the special passenger reservation hotline does not include flights operated by China Southern Airlines and Chongqing Airlines. If you are traveling with China Southern Airlines or Chongqing Airlines, you need to contact the airline’s customer service in advance to request special assistance services. Please follow the airline’s procedures for arrangements.

2. Requests for special assistance services should be made to the airline at the time of ticket purchase and are subject to the airline’s approval.

3. The Special Assistance Service Counter’s operating hours are based on the flight schedules of airlines serviced by the Sanya Phoenix International Airport’s ground handling agents. (Excluding China Southern Airlines and Chongqing Airlines)
