Located in the departure hall within the terminal, our “First-Time Flyers Service Desk” is set up to assist those who are new to air travel. When passengers indicate they are flying for the first time, our staff will patiently walk them through the entire boarding process. We’re here to alleviate anxieties, answer queries, and guide you through every step, ensuring a worry-free journey from start to finish.

Pocket Guide Map:

At the inquiry counters in Terminal 1 and 2, we provide “Flight Guide Maps” for first-time flyers. These maps indicate the distribution of boarding gates and the routes in Sanya Phoenix International Airport, including an overview of the boarding steps and the time required to reach the boarding gates. They serve as a clear and precise “pocket guide” for “first-time flyers ”.

Security Check Pamphlet:
